RaNdOm FaCt oF tHe DaY:
Ancient Egyptians SHAVE THEIR ENTIRE BODY, they are a bunch of 'hairless' ppl. Hair traps dirt, and ancient Egyptians happens to be very 'clean ppl. Especially in religious rituals, any speck of dirt is a sign of disrespect to the gods (the priest were made to shave once every 3 days) Ironically, they also wore wig on their bold heads, why? it reflects their social status. With natural growth hair, the shape and form of a person's hair is randomize. However, if a wig is used instead, form and shaped can be 'controlled' and thus can seperate the kings from the peasants by their hair/wig. ^^

told you the fact is random.

This exact day last year was the day that my aunty passed away, mum had tears in her eyes when she told me this today... Life is a funny thing, we want to be remembered long after we die, but for our love ones, it's best if the dead are forgotten. Holding on to a lost loved one is painful. Hope mum will be happier tomorrow.

Just saw Troy, hehehe cool cool movie, kept remembering Miss Read telling us all these things about the Illiad/Aeneas, tho they left out all the gods involvements, which in my personal opinion made all the Trojan's looks like a bunch of superstitious ppl that believed in something that didn't exists. But according to the Illiad Troy was destined to fall, so the gods were on the side of the Greek. (ok, i admitted, i was waiting for the golden apple scene that didn't happen) =P It was really really cool tho~~ And Brad Pitt and Orlando Bloom was certainly a +++ ^^ Tho i thought they really depicted the difference between the Greek heros and the Trojan heros. Greeks fought for personal glory, while Trojan fought for duty. cool movie

Once again my career choice is wavering... After having a really good lecture block on genetics and biotech by a really really good lecture, i want to do biotech. I mean, genetic stuff is just too interesting to just... dropped it now and never get to touch it again, and the things ppl can do in biotech is so... amazing...
but then again, i still want to know all these food science stuff, like the chemistry behind baking a cake, etc etc... ah~~~ *frustrated*

if i change to biotech now, my stats paper that i am doing now is completely wasted, and even after taking 8 papers this year, i'll still have to do 8 next year just to catch up.

But of coures that's all ok as long as it's the right choice
but how am i suppose to knwo which is the right choice??

*annoyed* *frustrated*
mum told me to stand by for the moment, so i have at least half a year to think this through. hm.....
