I need to complain!! i need to rant.. so warning.. if you dotn' feel like reading complaints.. stop here.

First time in the filling room in 3 weeks since i've been streaking 2 weeks in a row. Never realized this until Alex (work alex not elle alex) was asking Losh(the full time workmate) if there were any complaints this week.. So there i was like.. er... complaints???ooook .. so ppl has been complaining about us??? so it turns out.. the full time ppl who doesn't work on sat has been complaining DIRECT at us casuals~~ about how we dotn' do enough on saturdays, how we leave all the work for sunday ppl and how we dont' put stuff up the right way!!!!!

!%#@!$$#@! WHAT THE!!!! First of all... ppl who ACTUALLY works from tue to sat ALWAYS comment on how saturdays is the busiest!! and for crying out loud majority of the times when we go home, the sample fridge is EMPTY!! yes EMPTY!!! And there are a lot of times when cheese come in after lunch with according to the methods we can't do them after lunch. seriously!!! take today for example... I worked for 9 and half hours this week, Losh did 10! we did 108 boxes of cheese + 70 boxes of enviros.. thats' EXCLUDING all the other random butters and powders etc not to mention we have 2 new ppl ok!! one who's only there for 3rd time today.... so we have to take care of those newbies on top of insane amount of work.

Ok... so I asked Losh what kind of 'things' we aren't doing right.. so she commented on how ppl were complaining about enviromental samples that was filled up too full so it was hard to streak. .. sure... i know that happens sometimes i mean.. the bottles are small so it's easy to overflow.. but you what annoys me?? for the past 2 weeks when i streaked, and all the times before that.. when the sample is in bottles.. 8/10 it leaked.. the whole box is kinda.. wet with media ok!!! the fact is... I understand what it happens and that it isn't the easiest thign to put up... so i put up with it!! i live with it!! i dotn' go out complain about everythign single sample that leaks!!

It's a very good thign that our nice supervisor actually works on saturdays so she knows how hard we works so she was there to defend us every meeting on wed... in fact.. now they made a point that the 2 full times (apart from supervisor) books in stuff instead of us casuals just so that if any complaints comes up.. we wont' be the sad little scapegoats that get blames for everythign.

Blah.. want a new job... it's not worth it! it's too far! and the pay sucks big time!

Hehehe so here's my entry on the party, and it was totally awesome.. and omg.. i just can't believe how much work, effort, time and trouble that ppl were willing to do to make it extra special for me.. *sniff*

My parents. I was sooo amazed how supportive my parents were with this party. I mean.. i've always avoided having friends over when my parents are at home and stuff coz i know it'll disturb them and make them feel 'uneasy' around the house during that period of time. So initially i was going to hire out a venue.... that is until i saw the price and eventually come to the conclusion that a)there's no point hiring a big venue coz i dotn' know that many ppl, and ideally i only want a small party with my close group of friends becoz inviting ppl that i kinda know but not really will be awkward for both parties. and b) did you guys know how much those things cost?? @_____@

Ok... i digressed, the point is.. when i ask mum if it was ok to have the party at home, she agreed straight away, and started organising everythign with me. And about a week after that dad came home from tw and started making possible party foods for the day and start buying these from outside to 'taste' if the food was good enough. They even told their friends to organise somethign on the night so they'll leave the house free for the night. And if that wasn't enough... when they asked me what i wanted for my birthday present (Which btw they supposely already given me, the new cellfone i've been using) i told them just get me a cake coz i know that cakes that size is not cheap alreayd , and yet they insisted on paying for all the food.

Then there's Emily, who's also really supportive of the whole thing. I mean... to her being at her lil sis's birthday party is prob the most "uncool" thing to do.. and yet she was there helping, taking pictuers so i'll have memorable fotos to look back to. i dont' know how many times i've expressed about how much I love her on this blog alreayd.. and that' sjust since 2003. Seriously! i coudlnt' have a better sister. My heart aches everytime i think about how she's working and the day which we'll be seperated maybe sooner than later.. *sniff* dont' leave me... *sniff*

Thanks to my super duper geeky bf Danny whom has helped me to plan this party, from the invitations to helping me find venue before we decided to stick with my house. And honestly.. i've never seen ppl write... 12981 words on things that happen in a year. @___@ i mean... WOW~~~~ thanks for all the effort hun~ i had heaps of fun and laughter while reading it.

Then there's Lenlen.. seriously~~ I dont' think i planned a party since.. 4th form?? and every year since then she's always organised some form of suprise party for me. This year yet again she offered tho i thought I should for once. And then what does my best friend have under her sleeve this time?? only like the best present anyone could ever have. Omg.. i LOVE it.. I am sitll in disbelief that she did all that for me... *sniff* Ok.. after the party. i stayed up at 2:30 reading it in emily's room (coz she wanted to sleep with me that night) and I had tears in my eyes as i was reading.. was just soooo sweet and touching. Not that i know what i look like when i sleep, but i am sure i was smiling in my sleep. ^^ Thanks girl~~~ i love you *hugs* and i just want to remind you that whenever you feel like talking to someone... just pick up the fone and you know my number ;)

Then there's Tinaaaaa who came early to help me set up.. and stupid me being WAAAY to unrealistic with timing finished everythign at like.. 3 pm leaving the poor tina wasting her 3 hours infront of my playstation. heheh Tina.. thanks for all the help.. and not just this time.. EVERYTIMe i have somethign at my house, you are always soooo helpful with everything, coz tha'ts the kind of person you are... always tryign to help your friend in everyway that you can. I hope pharmacy will stop beign mean to you guys and give you insane amount of work to do everyday. *hugs*

Angel who I heard from parents that she actually got in trouble for coming to my party coz TC is having camp the day after, and she was suppose to be there to run through stuff etc... It was really sweet of her to turn up despite all that. Also thanks to Moo who was on call and had to 'wiggle' his way out to make it to the party. It was a really pleasant suprised. Thanks heaps. Oh~~ and love your handmade card + your poetic.. descriptive... bloodthirsty ... story of my life :P

I had a REALLY good time today. Thanks to everyone who made it extra special. ^^ thanking list includes my family mum, dad, emily, and my wonderful wonderful friends, Danny, Christine, Len, Tina, Amy, Candy, Shawn, Jun, Marcy, Mike, Sherry, Honour, Jenice, Eleen, Frankie, Ami, Jessica, Alicia etc etc and many more which i cannot seem to recall coz my brain is dying for sleep after all the excitments. ^^

and once again my hair length is saved thanks to the wonders of hair nets~~ hahaha
seriously.. i dton' mind having short hair, but A short hair looks ugly on me coz i have frizzy hair, and to maintain a reasonably good looking short hair requires too much effort. end of story.

AFter dinner mum and dad had a debate over their theories as to why when ppl work in a stresful envirnoemnt, they dotn' get sick, but when they go on holidays they always fall ill. And there i was listening to their 'arguements' thinking... "since when did i become the med expert.. i dotn' know anythign about this except that stupid immune stuff we learnt in year 1... have test tmr....hm.... artificial sweeteners...cyclamate 30x sweeter than sucrose..." and finally when they stoped i was like.. ok.. ask a doctor.. bye~ ok.. fine.. i told them about the type of virus how they stay dorment until somethign trigger it to burst (can't remember the name of the term to describe it) and i just otld them that coudl be related to it.. and left..

meanwhile
aspartame...180x sweeter... a dipeptide....

somethigns we learn are interesting until you have to memorise it all :P
