I am in a weird mood, happy and sad. Last proper HSM concert for me, feel kind of sad..... I always liked HSM concerts, even tho concert schedule was always busy for me, playing bassoon in all the ensembles, accompaning this and that, and on top of that i have to help to set up stands and chairs in between each item. but i like it, always feel like i've contributed something to work.. like i was a worthy member of the team, like i am doing my job well...
On the way home i actually kind of regret quitting the job, but then again, i thought of the reasons y i choose to leave, i guess it's the smart choice. I sure am goign to miss work. ='(
Ooooo you know.... sometimes it's really nice to have guys in the team... really, in previous years, we (3 girls) have to lift things, carry drums, all the heavy work as if we were strong men. BUT NOT ANYMORE, omg~~ it's like today Anthony and Josephatt carried all the heavy stuff (most of them anyway) and i was left to carry little things, makes me feel girly.... oh well....
Oooo first time Josephatt was at the concert as assistant, heheh he was actually really sweet today, gave me a ride to concert. And for the first time every, when ever i needed a chair or a stand, he was there next to me with one @____@. Really, ok.... all the tutors are meant to help out and stuff, but no one ever noticed that bassoon isn't exactly a very 'mobile' instrument, and no one expected an assistant to need an assistance (hm... maybe i am not that good at my job afterall) ANyway, my point is.. i was very impressed and thankful by the way he helped me out today... ^^ heheh thank you "little drummer boy".
