At work yesterday, I found out my workmate is engaged, she was showing us her diamond ring... but wait till you hear how her bf proposed... wow~~
First she left work early that day coz she had her cousin's wedding thing to go to, one of those religious thing, and her bf and friends txt her tell her to ditch the wedding and all of them were gonna dressed up to go to a really posh restaurant as a one off thing. So she got dressed up, picked up one of her best friend and she got a txt from her bf saying that he'll be late since he had to pick up one of his friend etc. And soon after that.. the friend her bf was suppose to pick up walked our from a limo and tell her to get in. And there she was riding on the limo for an hour with friends and the limo finally arrived at sky city entrance where she saw his other friends at the door and took her to one of the room, think was on 22nd floor or somethign, and left her tell her to 'follow the candlelight' and when she enters the room, there was a aisle of candles with rose pedals all over, with her fav music playign on the background and when she was looking at the view from the window, her bf walked from behind and proposed.. omg~~ how romantic. She said she've always promised that when she got proposed she'll never gonna do the 'omg omg' thing.. but taht's exactly what she did.. and you know.. as she was telling me all these, she had the happiest smile on her face.. i guess anyone would. And as she end with her story, she gave me advice " you know he's worth it when he makes all your dreams come true"

Well, i am really happy for her, she's a really really nice person , she deserves all that.. just kinda sad that it means she might not be able to work next year etc.. oh well~~

Tho it did makes me think of things.. see, i never thought these kinda of romantic still exists in the real world.. i mean.. in movies sure.. but in reality? how often do you come across a guy who'll do that kinda thing? *shrug*

Anwyay... yesterday night there's macleans' leavers concert, i went there to visit alex coz it's her birthday yesterday, didn't go to listen tho.. not htat i know many ppl left anwyay.. The first person i saw when i walked into music suite was her sister chalsea. and omg~ she's grown.. haven't seen her for about a year. but anyway.. so she directed me to where alex is.. and as soon as i enter the door.. alex was er.. playign this piece composed by jared coz apparently the marker who marked it think it takes a very virtuist bassoonist to play that piece.. so alex what to see how 'good' she is :P heheh anwyay.. it was nice to catch up with my lil sis ^^ seh seemed to be very excited about going to uni next year.. perhaps she have reason to leave.. or perhaps she have reason to look forward to.. either way i wish her the best ^^ and i can't wait to have breaks with her :D gosh i miss her~~

Btw.. almost forgotten how noisy the music suite is during concerts :P guess thats one part of my life that will never come back again. But i am just glad that i was there once ^^ playign my little part in an orchestra. ^__^
