I am frustrated, and in denial!!! i can't believe the gluten free flour which we worked so hard on.. just... disappeared from all the supermarkets!!!! we were sooooo close to the finish line.. i mean seriously, surely the dough wasn't the greatest resemblence to the real pizza dough, and our apple topping required minor adjustments, but we were there!!!! we could've presented our final product like that!! and now??? seriously if we can't track down that flour, it's back to square one!!!! we have to again test the formulation, test the baking time, test the temperature... feel so.... unmotivated. Actually i am still in denial.. and htinking that next week the flour will mysteriously reappear again and everythign will be back to normal.. and we'll just be one trial behind. woudln't that be nice....
