Short Note on 2007
I was in the midst of writing an annual reflection as I normally do, then I came to the realization that I have already done that countless time last year, that an annual reflection would make it redundant and repetitive.
So I will summarise the big lessions I've learnt last year.
That the meaning of home doesn't mark the place where I was born in or brought up in, but it represents a place where I feel most comfortable. That comforts comes from the people that I love, family, friends etc etc. For the whole year I've dreamt of coming back to Auckland, because that's where home meant for me. But now I realize, Auckland isn't the same place as I left it, many ppl have left, and many are leaving, it's just another thing I have to face I guess.
Another thing I learnt, well something that we all know, but I guess I truely appreciated last year is that no one is perfect. Flatting with ppl you'll have to put up with a lot of ppl's habits that is different to your own, just like how they have to put up with yours. No one is in the wrong, but we are just different.
That's all folks! more travel blogs awaits!
