Turkish Extravaganza

I am home alone this weekend, and my darling Danny decided to be sweet and volunteer to make me dinner. Me being adventurous and difficult gave him the task of making turkish food... a cuisine i am intensely intrigued by and yet have no idea how it is made.

The results? well.. I'll let the pictures speak of itself.


Kofta (lamb kebab) on a tortilla wrap finished with mixed herb salad and greek yoghurt.

Baklova which is filo pastry filled with a spicy nut mixture baked with honey syrup.
